Smooth and easy ordering. I placed this on a Saturday, 30 minutes after placing this order the hat shaper calls me to make sure he knew how I wanted it shaped. After shaping he sent pictures. I approved! He did fantastic. I had the hat on Wednesday. Highly recommend

Great hat and super quick!

This was a great experience. I found Crazy House from Clay’s TikTok videos and loved his shaping. Decided to order a summer straw. They did not disappoint. The shape was perfect and they took into account all my notes on my order. Called me and sent pics of the hat when it was finished to make sure I like it. It was here a few days later. Their turnaround time was spectacular! Will definitely buy a felt from them come September and have been spreading the word on how awesome their service is.
