Firmware Update Made Dwarf II unusable

To connect the device to an app it said it needed a firmware update. The firmware update didn’t work, which is apparently a known issue with the Dwarf II (since the Dwarf III came out). Customer service responded with more ways to update firmware, this caused the device to be unable to connect to any apps at all. Now, customer service wants to “remote in” to the device to fix it. However, they’re in Singapore, and their only available timeslots are in the middle of the night (for east coast). In summary, I gave my son a brand new gift on Christmas that hasn’t worked a single time and still needs repairs a week and a half later. **UPDATED** - This is still an issue you should be careful of, but Red Carpet Optics handled the situation wonderfully the whole time. They deserve the five stars if just for the consistent follow ups.
