Strings broke in 1st week

I would like the ATR team to contact me. The squash racket strings broke within a few days of using the racket and I am just a beginner / moderate player. Something with the racket that I was sent doesn’t seem right - perhaps this was an older stock or a returned piece / slightly defective I have never seen strings break within a week of use Very disappointed

Great racquet at great price.
