Water Activated Eyeliner

Very easy to use and also very pigmented. The only issue I have is I wish it stayed a little bit more wet and wouldn’t dry out as quickly

Such vivid colors!! I'm so excited to try all the different eyeliner styles with these!! 10/5 will be buying more eyeliner products too!!!
