It was really nice to have ready made meals in the fridge, and to try new dishes and flavors I wouldn’t have had the time to make myself. The meals were filling and nourishing. Sometimes I’d eat a meal and would be so satiated I wasn‘t even hungry for a full meal by the next meal time came around.
