Beautiful perfect product with useless instructions

The Good: The display case is absolutely stunning. It looks exactly like the product photos, is a major attention-getter, and the company’s customer service is highly responsive. The Bad: The assembly instructions are virtually useless. As a DIY-capable programmer, I found this build incredibly frustrating. It took me four hours and three attempts to assemble correctly. Because the instructions lack guidance, I had to disassemble the entire unit twice—once because I didn't realize the casing had to be installed in a specific order, and again because a panel was oriented incorrectly. Their YouTube channel offers no help for this model, essentially assuming you already know how to assemble it. The Verdict: While the finished product is gorgeous, the assembly process is a nightmare. Unless you are an expert craftsman or the company releases a clear step-by-step assembly video, I cannot recommend this product.
