There is so much to say about this product. I have so much trouble falling asleep and staying asleep, this helps with both. When traveling this always is included in my night time regiment. Zzzzzzzz. . . . is the best in years!!

I bought this as a gift for my daughter. And she loves it . This is her third year using “Sleep Well” every night !

A new part of my nighttime ritual, massaging my feet with this restful blend, is giving me deeper, more consistent sleep. I like more lavender as a rule, but I can use the roll-on Peaceful Slumber for my hands and wrists right when I get into bed. I was having trouble getting a good night's sleep, affecting my work and focus, so I am much better prepared to take on the day after getting enough good-quality rest.
