TOKYO MOCHI 3

Improvements needed

Cute little device. Unfortunately not worth the price and there is false advertising as well which I’ve noticed other people have said the same. The Tokyo Mochi is advertised to have over 40+ exclusive animations + another 70+ standard animations however this is not the case. I’ve had this in my car for a while now and played around with the settings as well as kept an eye on the animations and noticed the same 5-10 animations cycle through randomly. I’ve not experienced any other animations which is a shame and it barely shows animations that accommodate the gyro feature. The battery life of the mochi is also extremely low and requires charging a lot of times. There is also no volume control which is a shame. Another thing is with the Velcro patches you get with it. You only get 2 patches with no option to purchase more. I suggested this to customer services via email which they took a very long time to reply and mentioned it was a good idea for future however nothing has been added to the store. When I asked if I could possibly get some extra patches in the meantime, they stopped replying altogether. With only 2 patches, you need to be extremely careful where you decide to play the mochi. For eg if you change vehicles or place the mochi in the wrong place, you only have 1 more chance to place it somewhere else. It’s a shame as I have been following Dasai for a while and I actually know one of the girls that advertise for them. I had been looking forward to getting the product only to be met with disappointment. Overall I would like to give more than 2 stars as i like the product, however due to the quality and lack of service along with false advertising on the animations, I’m afraid it’s an honest review and score of 2 stars.

Great Mascot for the Car

I love this little guy. He makes the car a bit livelier and adds some character. My only issue is i wish it could be turned off a little easier without removing the helmet, but that is honestly fine. I'll definitely be coming back for more products.

Og animation issue

Hello, I’ve received the product & everything works great. The only thing I want to know is if there’s a way to turn on the og animations or does it already come within the system?? I am only getting the limited edition animations. I’ve also turned off the lights and sound so I’m not sure if that is supposed to affect it? Apart from that it works well & looks great in the car 🙏🏽
