Definitely size up, i usually wear a small/short in most pants especially active wear that stretches. I tried to get normal leggings in a short/small and they were comically tiny when i opened them. I returned those and bought some flares in a medium/regular and those have a slightly better fit. For reference im 5’2 and 130lbs so if you’re my height/weight or any taller id go for regular length and go up a size, even though it says 5’4 for regular inseams. The flares are supper flattering but for 80 bucks i’d expect the quality to be a lot better.

The material is super thick and shapes your body really nicely! I’m usually a size Small in DFYNE shorts, but these leggings definitely run a little small. The Small/Regular was pretty tight on me, especially in the front/crotch area, so I’d recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

i’m giving this five stars cause of how beautiful it makes my butt look lol. i got a large. i weight around 155-160 & i normally get a large in pants cause i dont like the waistband being too tight around my waist. make sure you wash these with cold water & do not put it in the dryer. let it airdry
