Justina Ruched Organza Mesh Midi Dress (Lime)

I returned this dress within the return guidelines and unused. It was too small, so I returned it and was acknowledged by Aliava that it was received on 5/11. I have been waiting over 3 weeks for my refund. I sent an email requesting an update on 5/22 and was informed they would send me an update within 24-48 hours. It is 5/30 and have not received my refund nor an update. I sent another email yesterday and atill nothing. The lack of communication is frustrating and this excessive wait for my refund is unacceptable. They do not have a phone number to contact and all they promote is email. How can this be resolved?

Great quality but definitely size up.

I received several compliments at my event and I loved how the dress accentuated my figure perfectly. However, a limitation of the dress was that it restricted the movement of my lower legs.
