It was defective

I bought this 30 quart Pelican cooler about a month and a half ago. The drain spout began leaking within a couple of weeks. It did some damage to the carpet in my RV. I notified Foamerica of the problem and sent pictures as requested. I was informed I would be receiving a new drain plug from Pelican. It’s been about three weeks now and no word from Pelican. I would not recommend this product nor will I ever buy another one of their products.
