Amazing product quality with excellent service!

I've already written a review on Lazada but have to do it here as well! The quality of the incense and the packaging paired with the immaculate brand aesthetics really deserves a shoutout. Across all platforms you can really see the effort put in by the team to ensure the consistency in brand message and aesthetics so kudos to the team on that! Not to mention how the incense and holders are of such amazing quality. One thing that stood out has got to be the service- due to Ninjavan's blunder my order was delivered in a wet box. Reached out via Lazada live chat and was redirected to atmosphere's main site where Kei very patiently offered a quick solution for that even though it wasn't their fault! Can't commend atmosphere enough to be honest and would definitely recommend this to friends and family!

This has a very typical sandalwood base which is both creamy and rich at the same time (is almost like drinking a cup of warm milk at night), something that i would unwind to after a hard days work
