Sawyer Shacket - Midnight Harbor Plaid

I wanted to exchange from a medium to a small. You were out of stock on smalls. I called customer service to see if I could return it and have a small shipped when they are back in stock. They said they could not do that. But they would have me texted when smalls were in stock so I could exchange it. After a long time I decided to return it because I did not get notified of the small getting back in stock. As I returned the item, the small was in stock (no text notification). So I fid the exchange . I picked Ulta in Appleton to return it. I get to Ulta and they have a sign that they are not taking returns at the present time. I would have to drive all the way to Neenah to return it. So I called customer service because this is ridiculous for such an expensive product. They sent me a usps label via email. I returned it today. When I buy super expensive items, I expect much better customer service. I was treated like I was at TJMaxx. I am not planning on buying any more Woolx. You guys don’t value me or my time.

I ordered this in a small/M and it fits perfectly. I haven't worn it yet but with the temps in the 40's I think today will be the day. It's not even super long which is great since I'm 5'2"!!

When I saw the launch of this over sized “flannel” look wool shirt, I had to have it. I am tall (6’0”) and while this is not offered in a tall size, since it indicated it was oversized, I decided to give it a try and ordered a large which is my normal size. It does fit me well, just long enough in the sleeve for my long arms, and even has room to spare in the body to be able to wear it over other layers, so it will definitely be oversized on typical sized individuals. It is a bit heavier (good quality) than I thought it was going to be, so it will be best for when it gets colder outside. I tried wearing it the other day and it was a bit too warming for the temps outside. This is going to be great once the weather really turns cold. I got the blue color and would love to save up and eventually get the camel and pine colors over time. It is pricey, but a quality item for the price. I do wish they had it in a sage and cream color combination shade. That would be awesome! (Hint, hint! 😄)
