Decent Quality- Horrible Customer Service.

I bought this because they promised to work with Amazon Alexia, which it does…. HOWEVER, not all Alexia devices. Their website even showed an Echo dot front and center, which will not work. I spent several days going back-and-forth with customer service via email trying to get this figured out and ultimately went to the Internet and got my problem solved. I ended up spending a couple hundred more dollars on buying an echo hub which got my problem solved. I was very disappointed with the customer service and lack of transparency. The company is based in China, which was also not made clear on the front side and may have been part of the issue.

At first I was afraid to tell my husband what I purchased but when he installed and operated them, he loves them! Amazing blinds! Quality and ease of use are 5 stars. I only wish I could control speed so I could raise/lower a little faster
