First time chiquel buyer Understood they dont homor a return policy for sale wigs. I ordered buttered toast a blonde wig with light brunette rooted and recieved a dark brown wig with some barely there grey streaks. Absoltely not even a hint of blonde. Supet dissappointed and stuck with a wig i hate, cant return because i opened the plastic comb which was my free gift. Lots and lots of chiquel sales but a shady practice cause you can never return if you purchase from a sale

Fast shipping, good prices, Beautiful style, soft hair but unfortunately totally wrong color:( Coolest Ash Brown rooted is a very dark brown & NOT my color. I am going to see if my colorist can add highlights somehow to lighten it up.
