good coffee but hard on digestion for me

cannot use every day because it triggers overactive bowel (i have a bit of irritable colon syndrome ) but i love the taste, texture and feeling it gives me 🤷‍♀️ am postponing the use of caplets for now

Great and easy to use

I really like these capsules, the only problem is the use of cotton stuffing for most of the bottles instead of dry packs like in the lions mane.
