Incompetence at it’s finest

I received 3 of one light and one of another. I alerted the support team and after sending multiple videos and photos to satisfy their archaic return process, they sent another batch of the incorrect light. It didn’t end there. This happened TWO more times. They’ve sent me a total of 6 incorrect lights. Don’t bother.
