Solutions asking me to write a review for a product that they haven’t even shipped yet. This is impeccable customer service.

So far so good. Shipped fast, fast response to support asks and was shipped perfectly balanced. The only thing that i dont like is how tight the bms wires are in the housing. Not really the fault of Nexus, just feels uncomfy. I also had a significant more amount of trimming the battery housing to make it fit thats not in the install video.
