Love my mill!!
I tried the Kitchen Aid attachement which overheated and I had to "baby it" and it took so long to grain the wheat. This mill is amazing, worth every penny!

Very noisy
It's OK, a little hard to fine tune to get the finest flour. It heats up the flour. I wish that would have a setting for fine flour because when it is the first time ever grinding grains it's not as easy. I wonder, if it doesn't grind properly can you toss in back in the hopper for a 2nd grind?

How far is too far
Never having used a grinder made the process more difficult. Having marked points to reference at first what I should expect would help out. I’m speaking of the control knob that defines how fine of a grain you will get and you can reach a limit on how fine you can go without damaging the device. A guard so that you can’t break it or perhaps a guide on where fine is on knob placement.
