Ice Skate Sharpening

Got my skates sharpened here, they even helped me remove a small amount of rust from my blade and I was so so grateful, such a lovely store and lovely people. Thank you for sharpening my sister and my skates, especially when we ran late due to traffic and arrived 10 minutes before you closed. Really do recommend them guys!!!

I bought my partner a pair of Jackson Classic’s. Firstly super quick delivery and extremely well packaged! Due to my own error I had to send them back to be sharpened however the team were absolutely wonderful when dealing with my worries - communication is fantastic! definitely the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. They were so quick to help with the return as well as processing them for sharpening. I sent them back Tuesday 14th April and had received them back, sharpened by Friday 17th of April, repackaged like they’d not been opened. Just in time for my partners birthday on the 19th. I will defiantly recommend for anyone buying new skates, especially if you’re new to skating as they’re very good at informing you what’s best. Thank you all for your help!

5* service from JT Skate. I’m 15 and took my ice skates in to be sharpened, and I’m really happy with how they turned out. They feel so much better on the ice now. The female staff member who helped was really nice and friendly too, which made the whole experience even better. Would definitely recommend and will be back again.
