The name says it all. The sheer mesh sleeves with the ivory ruffle trim give it this gorgeous editorial quality, but the adjustable halter tie and stretchy cotton body make it genuinely comfortable to wear. I've layered it so many ways and it works every single time. Made in the USA, too, which I really appreciate. This one is a keeper.
