I was so appreciative and impressed by the customer service and quality of the products I ordered! I was surprised by the turnaround time after seeing the regular processing time to be two weeks. Since I was leaving for vacation the following week I ordered, I was super worried I wouldn’t get my dog her new harness in time (and her other one was broken!). It arrived in two business days and I’m so impressed! I was also worried that the harness wouldn’t be strong enough for my very stubborn, 40 lb pulling dog, and it ended up being very durable ! I love the way my dog looks in her new harness and leash set. Thank you Samantha and the Hound team!
