Bat Weekender Bag - Black/Orange

We bought these for overhead bags to travel so we wouldn't need to check a bag for a plane trip. It was used a total of 6 hours and the strap siding ripped off for the shoulder piece. I took pictures and contacted customer services 3 days ago who asked for pictures then have not communicated since. Super disappointing as I've only ever experienced really high quality stuff from foxblood. I also ordered an eyeball bag exactly the same and had no trouble with it. This bag wasn't tossed around at the airport or overstuffed. It was carried with the shoulder strap to the airport terminals, overhead, and then to a connecting flight and to the car. My teen even assisted the carry weight by using the shoulder strap while holding onto the hand holds and it still ripped. I wish I could add pictures here. The zipper pull also busted but that could have gotten snagged. Hoping to hear back from customer service soon, but pretty disappointed in this purchase especially for $90.
