Silk Twill Scarf - Ramble in Sandstone

Stunning pattern, lovely drape

This scarf is lovely on its own, but seeing it on people in the model photos is what sold me. Some scarves really transform in every configuration they're worn in, and this is one of those. The dynamism of the drape is amazing. I made a slide for it. It works great with long tails, but with short tails, folded around twice, I use a single half hitch stopper knot, because the friction isn't quite there with the lesser material. The silk is more slidey and less grippy than cotton. It stays with just the slide, but not enough to trust in the woods, where I usually wear bandanas.
