BDCW - Throttle Control

The unit itself seems like a good quality piece. I purchased it for a 2026 CF Moto Ibex as it was on the website as a model specific solution. It will not work on the Ibex without cutting the stock handlebars. There needs to be some kind of notification on the website that this is not a bolt on solution, or completely remove the item from the Ibex 450 page. When I sent an email to the company notifying them of the problem, I got zero response. That does not build my confidence in a company and make me want to do business with them. I was interested in the footpegs, but will definitely take a hard pass on them after this experience.

Works great on my T7. I had an Atlas that I moved over from klr, but I couldn’t ever get it to work right with the T7. This thing works great. One note though, I installed it with the recommended gap and it wouldn’t grab. I loosened and had it just touching the grip, it would slip. So I reinstalled with it pushed tight against the grip and it works great now. Throttle springs back fine when it’s off, and it grabs and holds when it’s on. One of the best parts of this model, is that while other brands say you can move the throttle with them engaged, they never really work well, but this one actually does perfectly. Definitely the best throttle lock I’ve used.
