Favorite!
While the wagyu is delicious a toooon of fat and not much protein, the skirt it amazing and closer to traditional jerky! Go through a bag quick. Costly, but I guess you gotta pay to play..

Meh
I ordered a 3 pack, Brisket, Ribeye & Skirt Steak. Unfortunately this was chewy and did not melt in your mouth like the brisket and ribeye did. I had the skirt steak last so maybe that ruined it for me but compared to the 2 others this was my least liked.
