The only issue I ran into was the carrier leaving it in front of the house and not requiring a signature I don't imagine this was an Expercom issue. Otherwise, there wasn't a single hiccup. I think that's about as positive a thing as you can say for a company.

This laptop is gorgeus, incredible performance, stays cool and battery is pretty good for its performance. I had some issues when trying to order originally, but Expercom support was very pantient and helpful. It took a while for the laptop to arrive (about 4 weeks) but overall, the experience was very good. I’d buy here again. 100% recommended!
