stressed at first then eased into comfort in learning, review and practice

with any learning, we go through many emotions, "did i prepare enough or not, do I know the material, omg there's a test"! What a relief, our instructor Rick was a reassurance with his tone, his teaching methodology and most of all expertise. In previous courses I have experienced the same with First Aid Plus instructors like Eric, what an awesome crew of professionalism, expertise and tutelage! Gracias, buenos días!
