Delivery underperformance

The carrier you chose decided at the last step that the parcel exceeded the size limit that they would deliver to our house. Strange that it could be picked-up, put in a vehicle for the trip to Adelaide, put into the depot warehouse on arrival here in Pt. Adelaide, and then decide that it exceeded their carrier limits. I then had to go to the local warehouse and collect. I had no problem picking it up, placing in my mid-size SUV and carrying it into the house. I will not use Cooper & Co. again until you advise that you have changed carriers.

Love my table looks amazing. Great company would definitely recommend. Not flimsy has some weight to it. Arrived in a timely manner with no issues.
