I am in between sizes 12-14, I am a curvy 5'3 156lbs, I ordered a MED it fit perfect, note that the top fits like a large and the pants are a snug MED fit, if you want a looser fit size up. Fits well for the set. I am old school washed it on delicate inside out and hung dry-it washed well. I would recommend not to put in the dryer since it is mostly cotton. Great buy-love the pink and green banded wrist/waist and around the ankle. Material is thick -will be good to travel & in cooler weather.

My jogger set came in 3 days which was wonderful. The packaging was secure and the products themselves were of great quality. It looks just like the photos. I got a size medium and it fits perfectly for both top and bottom for me (I’m 5’8, 125lbs) Recommend purchasing ! I haven’t washed it yet so I’m not sure if it shrinks in the dryer.
