Try This!!!
I’m loving following this plan- it’s actually fun experimenting with different combinations of healthy choices for meals and snacks. I feel less tired, have more energy for workouts and am not experiencing hunger between meals! As a 62 year old, I was struggling to find the right food balance post menopause- this is it!

Easy to follow plan
The plan is easy to follow and customize to my personal needs. One small peeve about the recipes- the pictures don't match the recipe ingredients. Almost as if AI was used to generate the picture. But just about every picture included items not in the recipe.
