Think it shrank!
So cute- howeverrrrr, My baby is in the 90th percentile so I sized way up to an 18-24 month even though she’s 10 months and this is only getting a few wears bc she’s already growing out of it. I think they shrunk in the first wash (warm gentle cycle). The leg hole has elastic but is very snug on her thigh, making me feel like they are uncomfortable/constricting on her. Won’t be wearing for more than a couple weeks!
