Comfortable and nice design but for a small person the adjustment is not tight enough

Very comfortable

The strap at its shortest position is too long, I’m 5’0 so child doesn’t sit high enough on my hip which means the strap takes full load and digs into my shoulder. The shoulder padding doesn’t slide into proper position and sliding it is difficult when child is seated. Expensive.
