I think it does have a positive effect on my sleep, maybe not on a mega stressful night but under normal conditions the magnesium plus the sleep complex i think is improving my sleep, so will keep that combination going..... Hugh

Not tried this yet as I am currently working through a different brand... I am looking forward to using this to see if I experience a better result.
