Miranda, First off, thank you for the generous gift! Unnecessary, but a deeply appreciated surprise. When I unscrewed the balm, however, it was watery and poured out! While in my care it was kept cool. Any ideas on this?

Genuinely, this is the best tallow I have ever found. I worked a summer at a camp in Colorado and that’s how I heard about these products and knowing where they are sourced and how much I can trust the creator is what keeps me coming back. I’ve tried so many tallow balms and nothing gives me results like this one. Acne scars, gone after a week. Skin, clear and soft. It’s amazing!
