The straps work great. I got 2 different lengths of the shock cord straps which helps with variable loads.
There was a delivery issue with USPS and Gen resolved it right away. Amazing customer service!

Does the job, but the clip is small and difficult to connect without looking.

I bought the long and the shorter one. The shorter one is too short for any of my packs but the long one is perfect. I have been using it with an older MLD Burn and it is a dream! So light and comfortable.
