Poor quality and disappointing customer service

I do not recommended this product. I bought 4 keychains, 2 of which broke upon first use. When I addressed this with the owner, the blame was shifted onto me, and although I was offered a replacement for the broken tags, there was no accountability taken for the tags breaking so easily. Instead, the blame was shifted onto me, which is far from accurate, and was quite disappointing to hear. While they did look lovely, this product did not live up to its purpose as a bag tag, and did not withstand gentle use (name tag on a bag that mostly stayed in the car).

Much prefer the old style of keychain. Don’t like the double layered acrylic or the size.
