Watery
I was excited to try this shampoo but was really disappointed. When I opened it, a ton just dumped right out onto the shower floor because it was so watery, which really bummed me out because it’s so expensive. Felt like I wasted some money. It was also hard to lather into the hair due to the consistency too. The smell is not bad. I felt like it somewhat did the job of brightening my hair.

I purchased the mini purple shampoo to test out and upon opening I noticed the consistency of it was like water, not thick like shampoo. This made it very difficult to actually try and lather in my hair. Not sure if this is normal or I just got a bad product.
