Beautiful Wheels, Fast Shipping, Poor Service

Purchased wheels and received the next day. Super fast shipping. Had a quality issue with one of the wheels when inspecting. Immediately emailed, expecting a quick response. Nothing, crickets. No number to call and talk to someone either. Days go by and figured I’m on my own, so had to repair the defect myself. Wheels were inexpensive, but still expected some level of customer service.
