Richmond in Gray

While the wallpaper is nice and I am happy with how my bathroom turned out, I would not order again from this company. The only way to communicate with customer service is through email and they do not respond quickly. I had my professional installer tell me to order 7 6ft sheets and 4 4ft sheets. Upon checkout North and Finch added another 2 6ft sheets and 1 4ft sheet for “waste and error” for an additional cost of $210. I reached out to customer service asking what this was but did not receive a response until after they processed the order. Funny how the order was processed immediately - the same day. And the only reply later to my email was “you can always remove it at checkout”. But why did they add it on for $210??? And what am I supposed to do with 2 6ft sheets and 1 4ft sheet? I believe this to be a scam. So beware. It would be really nice for them to have live customer service reps to speak to.

Quality different than expected

I’m glad I ordered the sample, I don’t really like the quality / look of the print. It has a “printed” look.

Great quality, texture, and design

I’m going not a big fan of the colors of the samples I chose. I like the quality, thickness, texture, and design but it feels too yellow for me. I was hoping it was more creamy warm with a brown undertone
