HYDR8 Electrolytes - Citrus Charge

It's ok

The flavor is fine. It mixes well and the price is fair. Why is it that neon yellow color though? The color screams unnecessary additives. Another thing that I noticed is the fact that it's missing sodium. Sodium is something that needs to be replenished during physical activity. I haven't used enough yet to determine how effective it is at maintaining my energy. I guess time will tell.

My Favourite Workout Drink

I cannot live without my HYDR8 electrolytes now that they are in my life. I have been using this product for every single workout over the past year. Vegains electrolytes have not only been delicious but has fuelled my entire pregnancy as well. Im so excited to see what they invent next. 10/10 a staple product in my gym/wellness routine.
