Back To School Tees Collection 4

Ordered August 31, today is the 25th of September. Items haven't even been shipped yet. I had sent four emails and finally heard back today. She claims one of the 6 items I ordered was on backorder, and it was listed under the item. It most certainly was not and I sent her a screenshot showing that. Her email was snarky and I won't be ordering from her again. I spent quite a bit of money ordering from this small shop but this isn't the first time she's been short and flat out rude.She now says at least another week. I've asked for the other 5 items to be shipped but not hopeful. The rudeness is just unnecessary and she is flat out incorrect about saying it's stated as being on backorder.
