This cup keeps liquids cold for even longer than my Yeti which I used to swear by. I am more consistently drinking enough water without having to keep track on my own.

Does the job

Works as advertised Holds water and keeps it relatively cold for a while. Not sure if the blue ring indicating I should drink water actually works, because its way too subtle of an alert. Probably a much more useful tool with a smart watch. Making the bottle vibrate would be nice. Its reccommended water intake per day was low IMHO so I just manually selected the fl oz I require. What I like about this bottle is that it does make it easier to remember to drink water which I rarely did before this bottle. Something about the few % ticks upward to 100% for the day after drinking the water creates a dopamine feedback loop. Two weeks ago, 100+ fl oz seemed impossible, but now I'm reaching my goal the last couple days. Will continue to use this bottle.
