WaterH Boost Smart Water Bottle: 32 oz Hydration Tracker with APP & Insulation

Does the job

Works as advertised Holds water and keeps it relatively cold for a while. Not sure if the blue ring indicating I should drink water actually works, because its way too subtle of an alert. Probably a much more useful tool with a smart watch. Making the bottle vibrate would be nice. Its reccommended water intake per day was low IMHO so I just manually selected the fl oz I require. What I like about this bottle is that it does make it easier to remember to drink water which I rarely did before this bottle. Something about the few % ticks upward to 100% for the day after drinking the water creates a dopamine feedback loop. Two weeks ago, 100+ fl oz seemed impossible, but now I'm reaching my goal the last couple days. Will continue to use this bottle.

It lights up after a while of inactivity, and reminds me to hydrate. I love that it shows a personal message on the screen! Also, the percentages of how much I've had to drink is lovely. Plus, it's super cute!

Wonderful but issues

Ive bought 3 of these bottles and I love them however the first one I got had issues with pairing and when I was trying to remove it none of the steps that customer service provided helped. I had to figure it out on my own. I do recommend that everyone gets one as it's easy to track your water intake.
