I have purchased two from you. They arrived the day before yesterday. I have charged them up and one isn’t working. I have emailed you yesterday, but not received a response as yet. I would like to send back faulty product and have it replaced. Please contact me asap

Had this a week now as doesn’t seem to work for my Cavapoo atall brought it for him to stop him barking in the garden but with no success

Fantastic product came with enough charge, I’ve only turned it on twice and both times my baby stopped barking immediately, I don’t use too much as not necessary
