Medline Aluminum Commodes with Wheels

This is a great shower wheelchair, but the seat hole cover easily dents and falls to the ground when someone sits on it because it doesn't fit the seat hole size. Therefore, I need to buy a seat cushion to place on the wheelchair; otherwise, my mother is too thin and might fall off, which is a bit dangerous. I'm still waiting for the cushion to arrive, hoping it will solve this problem. However, I hope you can provide feedback to Medline.
