Another use for the extra piece of muslin

I'm using silk thread and didn't see a reason to use the extra piece of muslin to stabilize my stitching. However, I did cut it into strips and sewed it along the printed fabric's edges providing extra fabric to mount the project in my scroll frame. Am happily stitching tree trunk and leaves!
