Cinnamon & Date - Seamoss

The cinammon date seamoss arrived broken unfortunately and it was spoiled. I waited 3 months for it to be shipped with little to no communcation until 2 months later. Better communication would have been appreciated. I didnt message about my broken item, because the delivery time and communication was so poor that I didn’t want to spend more time on it.
