Disappointing. Has potential, but needs improvement

This gilet has so much potential, but is let down by design detail failures. It lacks a hanging tag, which is a major flaw. The front pockets are only gusseted on one side and the base resulting in a loss of room in the side pockets. A deeper gusset on all 3 edges would be great improvement. Entry to the side pockets is too small – impossible with gloves on – and they are not deep enough. The lack of depth and space in the pockets is not helped by the fact that they are lined around the hip level. If this is designed for women, please bear in mind that that is usually the broadest part of a female body. It needs to be either shortened at the waist or lifted at the shoulders. On the positive side, it is beautifully made and finished, and the other pockets are well placed and roomy. I am really disappointed as it looked perfect in the pictures.

Fantastic vest really comfortable. Has lots of storage pockets you can keep everything you need for a days training in them. Shower proof and fits in with the country.
