Amazing product and customer support

I bought my first batch last year in preparation for my kitten coming home. Since she was too young I did not start until a few months ago, and we are amazed that it worked so well! Our allergy symptoms have reduced and we can now cuddle and let her in our bedroom. She also enjoys eating it too, which is a plus! We then decided to buy a large batch (this order) to avoid shipping delays and to replenish our current stock, but did not realize they had best by dates since on the first batch it wasnt printed correctly. I contacted customer support and they replied within a few days, much faster than expected! They thoroughly explained the best by date, and provided very generous assistance for the mishap. Very much pleased and very thankful for their help. Will happily continue using! May depend on the cat, but definetely recommend anyone with even mild allergies to give it a try!

Product is great, everything else sucks. Second time my order was lost or delayed for weeks. Reached out to customer service and never received a reply. I wasn't going to write a review for shipping issues but this last order came with one bottle when I ordered 3. Also, just to ship the bottles takes forever for the product to even ship at all. For the price of these small bottles, at the very least i expect to be sent what I paid for. I cannot recommend this product regardless of how good it is at relieving my allergies when they lack any timeliness in their order processing, refuse to answer emails and cannot accurately pack orders.

The cat does not seem to mind the additive. I do have to spritz the dry food as she doesn't like it soggy. I don't know if it helps with my husband's allergies yet. This is the wrong time of year to see if it works as his other allergies are kicking up now!!
