When I found this item online, I was thrilled! However, having purchased two similar products that did not fit the spare tire, I was a bit hesitant to pay the price for the custom made version. I reached out to your customer service for help in making sure that I ordered properly. I received a very quick response with very helpful and reassuring information. I did what was suggested- send a picture of the side of the spare tire. I was notified when the photo was received and sent to the designer. The finished product arrived within a week or so, and then I had to wait for Christmas! The cover fits perfectly! It is very well made, was easy to put on, and had very clear instructions.
